No prescription = no charge. Also refer to Pricing Policy for more information. ​

You will NOT receive a refund if:

​

• A prescription has already been issued

• Your chosen pharmacy charges more than expected

• Medication is out of stock (you may use another pharmacy or reuse prescription when stock resumes)

• Prescription had been converted to NHS prescription by your doctor

• Your insurer refuses your claim back

In case of a confirmed prescribing error refund will be processed automatically back to your original payment method.
