No prescription = no charge. Also refer to Pricing Policy for more information.
You will NOT receive a refund if:

A prescription has already been issued
-
Your chosen pharmacy charges more than expected
-
Medication is out of stock (you may use another pharmacy or reuse prescription when stock resumes)
-
Prescription had been converted to NHS prescription by your doctor
-
Your insurer refuses your claim back
In case of a confirmed prescribing error refund will be processed automatically back to your original payment method.
