RescueRx is an on-demand online repeat prescribing clinic for UK residents and temporary visitors who need a prescription:*

• between routine GP and private doctor appointments,

• between NHS and private prescription refills,

• whilst awaiting registration with a GP or private clinics,

• during a temporary stay in the UK,

• when your usual doctor is unavailable.

We provide continuation of ongoing repeat treatments only, and every request is individually assessed by a qualified clinician to ensure it is safe and appropriate.

• our systems enable end-to-end care — from patient registration and clinical assessment to documentation, prescribing, and secure prescription delivery.​

• all platforms are GDPR-compliant, encrypted, and purpose-built for healthcare, giving both patients and clinicians confidence that personal and medical information is handled securely at every stage.

RescueRx is a private, non-NHS, pay-as-you-go online service.**

If following a review a prescription cannot be issued, you will not be charged.

Our service is securely delivered using electronic health record (EHR) system, with digital ePrescriptions generated for dispensing at UK pharmacies.***
