Some symptoms and conditions require in-person assessment, diagnostic testing, or specialist review and therefore cannot be safely managed through a remote prescribing service.

Treatments initiated recently or less than 3 months ago (unless temporary UK visitor)

Treatments initiated at least 3 months ago but without monitoring up to date (e.g. blood test)

Request submitted in language other than in English (translated documents may be required)
