RescueRx is an online service that helps you get private prescriptions for medicines you already take. You fill in a secure form, upload your evidence (for example a copy of past prescription), and a clinician reviews everything. If it’s safe, we issue a private prescription that you can download or send straight to a pharmacy. We don’t diagnose or treat new conditions — we only help you continue treatment you’re already on.

Adults (18+) who: • live in the UK • are already taking the medication(s) they request • can upload acceptable proof of previous prescribing and clinical written info • are non-UK residents in need of supply to continue treatment abroad and are able to provide written evidence of treatment in English

You must upload: • NHS number (UK residents) • Photo ID (national ID, passport or driving licence for non-UK residents) • Evidence of previous prescribing (recent NHS or private prescription, copy of repeat slip, GP or doctor / physician letter, hospital or clinic letter, photo of medication with label containing your details including dose, directions and date of dispensing, evidence of monitoring etc.) Some medicines may require additional evidence depending on safety requirements.

Your prescription fee covers: • clinical review • identity verification • documentation checks • prescribing decision • issue of a prescription Medication cost and dispensing fee(s) are not included.

If a prescription cannot be safely issued, you will not be charged.
